I drive user experience mapping using visual tools of communication and the Coverdale system of effective team management. I actively employ a facilitative system of stakeholder management and an intuitive grasp of group psychology to understand the challenges faced by technical teams and users of complex software, and bridge the communication between product designers, engineers, software developers, and customers. I actively engage visual components of Human Centered Design through tools such as wire framing, user story generation, mock-ups, and storyboarding.
